At Yunaru, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy for detailed information on how to proceed.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Item must have all original tags attached.
Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Terms of Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@yunaru.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yunaru.com.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@yunaru.com to arrange the exchange. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@yunaru.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
